• Number and categories of all employees – brief details of their responsibilities
• Estimated exposure in monetary terms (cash & stocks) for each person or all employee (Sum Insured )

CLAIMS PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Notify the insurer or NMB claims team about the claim as soon as possible
2. Copy of ID (NIDA, Driving License or Voters ID)
3. Duly completed claim form
4. Audit reports
5. Employment contract
6. Copies of bank statement
7. Copies of cash and sales book
8. Banking slips
9. Police reports
10. Invoices
11. Any other additional information as may be requested by insurer/NMB claims team
