To cover accidental loss of or damage to electronic equipment caused by mechanical and electrical breakdowns, including power surges

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR ISSUANCE OF COVER/QUOTATION

• Value of all electronic equipment eg. computers, fax, printers, TVs, fridges and hardware.
• List of electronic items to be insured with their names, model and serial number.
• Estimated increase in cost of working and indemnity period if the extension is needed.

CLAIMS PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Notify the insurer or NMB claims team about the claim as soon as possible
2. Copy of ID (NIDA, Driving License or Voters ID)
3. Duly signed and completed proposal forms
4. Repair estimates, technical reports and Purchasing invoice
5. Photo of damaged items
6. Any other additional information as may be requested by insurer/NMB claims team
