BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF COVER

To indemnify the insured against all first made claims for which they are legally held liable to pay compensation. This includes loss or damage or claimant cost and expenses in respect of any actual or alleged neglect error or omission and commission of any act of Professional Standard by or on behalf of the insured in conduct or execution of their professional activities.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR ISSURANCE OF COVER/QUOTATION

Proposal form and any other information that may be required by insurer eg. Company profile etc 

CLAIMS PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Notify the insurer or NMB claims team about the claim as soon as possible 
2. Copy of ID (NIDA, Driving License or Voters ID)
3. Duly signed claim form 
4. Demand letter from the third party 
5. Any other information as may be requested by the insurer or NMB claims team
