BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF COVER

SECTION A (MATERIAL DAMAGE): Covers Loss Destruction or Damage to subject matter insured due to any sudden and unforeseen loss or damage from any cause whatsoever other than those specifically excluded, in a manner necessitating repair or replacement. This includes but not limited to fire, theft, vandalism, malicious damage, earthquake, volcanism, tsunami, storm, flood, inundation, landslide and other special perils, including inland transits.

SECTION B (THIRD PARTY LIABILITY ): Indemnify against legal liability for death, bodily injury,  illness or disease contracted by any person and /or loss of or damage to property interference with traffic or to property or the enjoyment of use thereof by obstruction trespass loss of amenity, defamation, false arrest, invasion of privacy, detention occurring during the period of insurance and arising out of or in connection with the insured contract anywhere within the site or its vicinity, including the insured activities as property owners and occupiers.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR ISSURANCE OF COVER/QUOTATION

1. A completed proposal form which will state 
   • Project value 
   • Project title 
   • Site 
   • Limit of third party liability
2. Copy of contract
3. Award letter from principal
4. Any other information that may be required by insurer (Underwriter ).

CLAIMS PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Notify the insurer or NMB claims team about the claim as soon as possible 
2. Copy of ID (NIDA, Driving License or Voters ID)
3. Duly signed claim form
4. Photos of the damaged property  
5. Demand letter from the third party (In case there is a claim under section B)
6. Any other information as may be requested by the insurer or NMB claims team
