Loss or damage of money occuring anywhere in the United Republic of Tanzania.
NB: Money shall mean cash, bank and currency notes, cheques, postal orders ,credit cards, vouchers or any instrument exchangable at face value.

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR ISSUANCE OF COVER/QUOTATIO
• Amount of money:
     - held in the safe out of business  hours
     - out of the safe during business hours
     - In transit at any time
     - with senior employees or Directors  on travel
• Value of the safe/strong room
• Estimated Annual Carry

CLAIMS PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Notify the insurer or NMB claims team about the claim as soon as possible
2. Copy of ID (NIDA, Driving License or Voters ID)
3. Duly completed claim form
4. Cash books
5. Bank statements
6. Preliminary and final police reports
7. Any other additional information as may be requested by insurer/NMB claims team
