This is a product which provides a saving mechanism on a monthly basis from 7 to 18 years with added life insurance benefit to provide peace of mind that when a policy holder dies, the child's education cost will be taken care of.

1. NIDA Identification card
2. Completed proposal form
3. Deposit premium.

CLAIMS PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

1. Completed claim form
2. Copy of ID (NIDA, Driving License or Voters ID)
3. ID of the Deceased or Disabled policy owner or proof of age
4. Original policy
5. Death certificate /Burial permit incase of disability ;Doctors medical report
