What you need to have Fanikiwa Account 


  • Voter Registration Card, or 
  • National ID, or
  • Passport, or 
  • Birth Certificate (for date and place of birth), or
  • Identity card (Employee IDs should be supported by an employer’s introduction letter and should be affixed with photograph on a blue background), or 
  • Driving License (as above), or
  • An Affidavit 

Letter from Government official (WEO, VEO or MEO), attorney, magistrate or any other document obtained from any other credible independent source confirming:

  • Full Name
  • Date & place of birth
  • Affixed with recent photograph (on blue background)
  • Business license/permit
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Residential address
