NMB Bank in collaboration with global nonprofit Women's World Banking is launching WAJIBU, a family of youth savings accounts paired with a financial capability program designed to help youth and parents in schools across Tanzania save and manage money together for a bright future.    

      NMB Bank today listed a TZS 41.4bn 3 year bond on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE).   The listing ceremony was graced by Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment – Dr. Adelhelm Meru, who hailed the listing and urged other investors in the private sector to join.

  NMB Bank customers and non-customers to pay for their due taxes through NMB Bank branches across the network available in 95% of all districts in the country  More than 1.3 Million NMB customers to use NMB mobile which can be accessed from anywhere at any time. NMB Bank Tanzania has announced improvements made to the partnership with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) that will make it possible for tax payers to settle their due taxes not only through their mobile phones using either NMB Mobile platform but also through all NMB Bank branches across the network. These tax payments include property taxes, income tax, excise taxes on import duty, excise duty, motor vehicle license and VAT.

    NMB Bank Tanzania has today announced a partnership with Star Times Tanzania - the largest pay TV Company to allow star time subscribers pay their subscription fees through NMB Bank.   The partnership will make it possible for Star Times Subscribers to pay for their fees not only through their mobile phones using NMB Mobile platform but also through all NMB branches across the network. NMB Bank has the largest network of branches and customer base with over 176 branches present in all the districts across the country with over 2 Million customers.
