As a young aspiring banker, I joined NMB Bank in 2016 as part of my goal to develop the skills necessary to become successfully recognized in the banking industry and make positive impacts within the community at large. To this end, one of the great things about working at NMB is the partnership that exists between NMB and Rabobank based in the Netherlands.

Tell us a little bit about what you do? Recently, I got appointed to Human Resources Business Partnering (HRBP)  Team as Junior HRBP responsible for supporting both employees and management to achieve all the planned business goals efficiently and effectively.

Tell us a little bit about what you do? I’m in the Communications and Corporate Affairs Department as a Website and Online Content manager- currently harnessing the power of social media through content. 

Sports in the workplace can be an oxymoron. Corporate living usually entails an 8:00am to 5:00am working hours and sometimes even longer hours. So where does one find time to incorporate sports in their daily lives? While it might be hard, at NMB, wellness is something that is very much encouraged to all employees.
