As a young aspiring banker, I joined NMB Bank in 2016 as part of my goal to develop the skills necessary to become successfully recognized in the banking industry and make positive impacts within the community at large. Sports in the workplace can be an oxymoron. Corporate living usually entails an 8:00am to 5:00am working hours and sometimes even longer hours. So where does one find time to incorporate sports in their daily lives? While it might be hard, at NMB, wellness is something that is very much encouraged to all employees.
