Tell us a little bit about what you do?

Recently, I got appointed to Human Resources Business Partnering (HRBP)  Team as Junior HRBP responsible for supporting both employees and management to achieve all the planned business goals efficiently and effectively.

What are you looking forward in your new position?

To bring in, all the intensive linked knowledge, experience and exposure that I have acquired to highly excel the aspects of “HRBPness at NMB Bank”.

In your position as HR Graduate Trainee, take us through the experience of learning and how has it shaped you into who you are professionally?

It really was the best opportunity in my career as it exposed me to master all sorts of ‘trades’ in Banking, Human Resources, Business, Risk and Innovation.

Besides work, what sort of activities do you enjoy?

I enjoy  socializing, travelling, beach vacations, reading non-fiction books and following up trends on media.

If you were an animal, what would you be?

I would be an EAGLE! Very powerfully on land, water and air (proactive) but also has the ability to see any kind of danger (risk) from far for protection cover- has a 360 degrees view.

If you had to cross the sea, would you prefer flying or sailing?

I prefer crossing the sea by sailing, i believe it’s more adventurous that way

Would you rather be a small fish in a big pond or a big fish in a small pond?

Definitely a BIG FISH in a small pond! Within time, even a big pond turns into a small pond.

Name one character you have that pushes you through in your career

STARRING! The feeling of being the main character in a movie gives me the drive to succeed in everything whether possible or impossible.
