Dar es Salaam, February 24, 2016…NMB Bank has today launched a Tsh300 million promotion that will see new and existing customers win cash prizes of up to TZS 3 Million per person.

Dubbed 'Pata Patia na NMB Bank' the promotion will run for six months, and is aimed at encouraging customers to deposit money into their accounts and stand a chance to win cash prizes ranging from TZS 100,000/-  to TZS 3 Million each.

The promotion will have monthly draws whereby for each month a total of 24 winners will be contacted by their NMB Branch to play the wheel of fortune at selected NMB Branches.

According to NMB Managing Director – Ineke Bussemaker, the ‘Weka na Ushindena NMB’ promotion will have weekly and monthly winners and is exclusive to existing and new NMB customers.

“NMB Pata Patia na NMB promotion intends to help customers reach their financial goals, this is the beginning of the year and NMB has no better way to supportits customers realize their goals than launching a big promotion that will see many of them winning.” Said Ineke

All the winners will be selected via raffles where winners will be invited at NMB branches to play the wheel of fortune and win cash prizes. All raffles will be regulated by the Gaming Board of Tanzania for compliance purposes.

Ms Ineke added that “NMB customers will have to deposit cash into any NMB account with a minimum amount of TZS50, 000/- to stand a chance to win and the more you deposit the more chances one has of winning. Customers can deposit from any of the 175 NMB Branches, NMB Wakala and NMB Mobile to their NMB bank account.”

NMB has set aside a total of TZS 300 Million to be won where over 144 winners who are existing and new NMB customers can win up to TZS 3,000,000 each; a total of 24 winners will be identified each month for the period of six months.

“We are grateful to our customers for their continued support over time. It is through their support that NMB has managed to come this far. This promotion is for new and existing customers. It aims to reward our existing customers for their loyaltyand it isan incentive to our new customers for choosing NMB as their bank of choice,” notes Ms Ineke.
