NMB Bank has launched a Business Executive Network for its top end Business Customers and Corporates in Dodoma. The Network is special for the banks large scale and medium enterprises and emerging corporates.

Chief of Wholesale Banking – Richard Makungwa making opening remarks at the launch of the Business Executive Network forum in Dodoma over the weekend. Over 150 high end customers led by the speaker of the National Assembly – Job Ndugai attended the event where they also benefited from budget and TAX training organized by Pricewaterhousecoopers. The Network is special for the banks top end Business and Corporate Customers.

This is the sixth launch after Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Mbeya, Moshi, and Morogoro.

Launching the Network in Dodoma, the banks’ Chief Wholesale Banking – Richard Makungwa, said that the aim of the network is to strengthen business relations and foster rewarding relationship with its top end business and corporate customers.

“NMB is committed in ensuring that customers get the best service while the bank supports to their business growth. The bank has done major improvements and innovations to suit the need of customers. Private Banking and the launch of business centers in big cities are among the improvements,” said Mr Makungwa  

Mr Makungwa further said “the improvements done by the bank so far will help to bring services more closely to this segment of customers. They will not only get the best services but also acquire financial, regulatory, business and forex information in order to become and remain competitive.”

At the launch, customers and the bank held discussions and presentations on ways to improve business and the impact of the 2017/2018 budget for businesses relationship between the bank and its customers.

“After the banks successfully implemented the business clubs which targeted Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), the bank decided to start the business executive network to bring in the large business customers.” He added
