NMB Bank has organized a customer networking meeting with its top end Business Customers and Corporates. The meeting attracted over 150 customers from Dar es Salaam. The discussion of the meeting focused on ways to improve business and the impact of the 2017/2018 budget for businesses relationship between the bank and its customers.

The NMB Business Executive Network is organized in large commercial cities of Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Morogoro, Mbeya, Mtwara, Kilimanjaro and soon to launch in Dodoma.

The NMB Bank’s Managing Director - Ms Ineke Bussemaker making opening remarks at the Executive Network event organized by NMB Bank in Dar es Salaam over the weekend. Over 150 high end customers attended the event where they also benefited from TAX training organized by Pricewaterhousecoopers.

The NMB Managing Director – Ineke Bussemaker, said that the aim of holding such meetings is to strengthen business relations with its top end business and corporate customers.

“NMB is committed in ensuring that customers get the best service while the bank supports to their business growth. The bank has done major improvements and innovations to suit the need of customers. Private Banking and the launch of business centers in big cities are among the improvements,” said Ineke

Ms Bussemaker further said “the improvements done by the bank so far will help to bring services more closely to this segment of customers. They will not only get the best services but also acquire financial, regulatory, business and forex information in order to become and remain competitive.”

She further said after the banks successfully implemented the business clubs which targeted Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), the bank decided to start the business executive network to bring in the large business customers.
