In marking this day, we call upon both- men and women - to pledge to take concrete stepsin helping to achieve gender parity more quickly - whether by supporting women and girls achieve their ambitions, call for gender-balanced leadership, respect and value differences, develop more inclusive and flexible cultures or root out workplace bias. Each of us can be a leader within our own spheres of influence and commit to take pragmatic action to accelerate gender parity.

NMB is very thrilled to take part in the International Women’s Day celebration together with the Women’s Forum- NMB Women Arise.
