Consolatha Mosha is the Acting Company Secretary of the Bank with over 13 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, and corporate law. She provides strategic and procedural support to the Board of Directors and its Committees, enabling effective decision making, fiduciary oversight, and compliance with the Companies Act, regulatory requirements, and the Bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Prior to her appointment, she held various managerial roles within the Bank, supporting contracts management, retail business operations, and zonal legal activities. Consolatha is a registered advocate holding a Bachelor of Laws degree from Mzumbe University and a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Telecommunication Laws from the Open University of Tanzania, undertaken in association with the United Kingdom Telecommunication Authority. She is also a graduate of the Female Future Programme, where she attained certification of competence in corporate governance, reflecting her commitment to ethical leadership and board effectiveness.
