Emmanuel’s 15-year HR journey cuts across advisory (Ernst & Young), manufacturing, mining, and banking. Joining NMB as Head of HR Shared Services, he became the CHRO in 2020, responsible for driving the execution of the people’s agenda in line with the Bank’s vision, while providing the necessary guidance to the HR team on strategy implementation. He is excited about the innovations around talent management, which he has led as a way of laying a foundation for the workplace and workforce across the bank. Emmanuel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is a certified Reward & HR practitioner and a certified Director by the Institute of Directors Tanzania (IoDT).
